Who we are

TripMiles is an online travel platform for booking flights across India and international destinations. It is built and operated by Innopay Technologies Pvt Ltd, an Indian private limited company headquartered in Bengaluru. Our team is small, focused, and product-led — we prefer to ship a clear, honest booking experience over a feature list that reads well in marketing copy.

What we do

On TripMiles you can:

• Search and book domestic and international flights — one-way, round-trip, and multi-city — across full-service and low-cost carriers.
• Fund a TripMiles wallet to speed up repeat bookings, with PAN/KYC required only above the regulatory threshold.
• Receive a GST-compliant invoice for every booking, with optional B2B fields if you travel for work.
• Track and manage your bookings, cancellations, and refunds from a single My Bookings screen.

How we work

We operate as an agent. Fares are supplied by airlines and consolidator partners (including Travel Boutique Online). The service you receive on board a flight is delivered by the operating carrier, and their rules govern changes, no-shows, and cancellation charges. What TripMiles adds is a clean interface, straight-through booking, and honest post-booking service.

We keep our own fee footprint small and disclose it on the review screen before you pay. When a booking is cancelled, the refund we return is exactly what the supplier releases to us — never more, never less.

Principles we hold ourselves to

• Show the real number. Fares, taxes, add-ons, and any convenience fee are itemised on the review screen. No surprises at payment.
• Explain what we can and can’t do. Where a fare is non-refundable, or an airline’s cancellation window has closed, we say so plainly rather than hide behind fine print.
• Keep your money safe. Card and UPI credentials are entered on the payment gateway’s hosted page — we never see them. Sensitive fields like PAN are encrypted at rest.
• Answer support ourselves. Support runs on support@tripmiles.com. There is no bot maze; a real person reads your email.
